The West of England and Channel Isles District of the Boys' Brigade (BB-West) Covers the Counties of Avon, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Wiltshire and the Self-Governing Channel Isles; this includes the cities of Gloucester, Bristol, Bath, Exeter, Plymouth and Bournemouth. Within this area are 10 Battalions, with about 70 Boys' Brigade Companies, and over 2,500 members. Events are organised at both Battalion and District level to ensure that all of the Boys get the chance to meet and compete with each other.

As an organisation the Boys' Brigade is involoved in Christian Youth Work with Boys from the age of 5 through the teenage years to Adulthood. This youth work ranges from inner city areas to rural market towns with different implementations of the BB working in each area. Through training, conferences and officer networks skills are shared and developed to ensure that each and every company can operate in accordance with best practice and the latest regulations.

This Website is designed both to bring together the District, providing a single location for District Resources, and also to allow other people to see what we are doing in the BB-West area, and hopefully become involved in some way.

The Boys Brigade Nationally is a registered UK Charity and the West of England and Channel Islands District operates as a part of the National Boys' Brigade.
