1st Weston-s-Mare Company Band.

Under the leadership of Frank Gee (BB) and Mandy Hawkins (GB), our joint company band has survived it's first year, keeping all of the 7 original members, and gaining one or two more along the way. They recently led the parade to the Companies annual enrolment service in November (with support from neighbouring brigade bands), and are hoping for more chances for public perfomances when the weather improves!

It is many years since our company last had such a strong hope to maintain a band. The previous band was wound up in the early 90's through failing intrest, and the officers concerned having other commitments. We are hoping that with our strong base we can build up a full band, and once again have regular street parades before sunday services.
