You must select a Goalie, 4 Defenders, 3 Midfielders and 3 Strikers

You may not have more than three players from any team

If player transferred BEFORE start of season substitution allowed

You may substitute six players at any time (example: 3 Nov, 2 Jan, 1 Mar)

Total value of team may never exceed £70m (Value £65m can sub £5m out £10m in)

Late entries are permitted but points will not be backdated

Scoring

1 point if plays even if only one minute

1 point if team draws

1 point plus goal difference if team wins (win 5-4 score 2)

2 points if scores from a penalty

3 points if Striker scores a goal

4 points if Midfielder scores a goal

5 points if Defender scores a goal

6 points if Goalie scores a goal

4 points if Striker scores a second goal (plus 3 for first goal)

5 points if Striker scores a third goal (plus 3 plus 4 etc)

2 points for Goalie if Clean sheet but own team scores (example 2-0)

1 point for Defender if Clean sheet but own team scores

1 point for Goalie if Clean sheet but team does not score (0-0)

2 points lost if booked

5 points lost if sent off
