Entries may be from any company or joint companies and are not restricted to one per Battalion.

A fee of ten pounds (£10) per competition must accompany your entry form, this will be returned if the team participates on the day.

Entries (which must be in writing) will not be accepted after 1st March 2011

For each competition, the winning team will receive a trophy. A cheque made out to “The West of England and Channel Islands District”, and dated 10 months ahead, to the amount of £15 for each trophy received must be given to the organiser. The trophy [or trophies] shall be returned to the competition organiser or to the District President in time to be presented at the next year’s competition, or after one calendar year if there is no competition the following year. Cheques will be cashed, in order to purchase a replacement, only if trophies are not returned in time. In normal circumstances, uncashed cheques will be handed back to you once trophies are returned.
