I have booked rooms at the Overmead Hotel again this year for the Fellowship weekend.
The cost of the weekend at next years prices for a double or twin room with a sea view is £36.00 per night for dinner, bed and breakfast or single room at the same price; premier rooms are available for £45.00. The total cost for the weekend will be £72.00 per person or £90 for a premier room. I have agreed a similar format with the hotel as last year so it will be no problem for us to be in the hotel in the evenings. On Sunday after church we will have lunch at a local pub or restaurant.
The format of the weekend is as follows:
Arrive Friday evening and have evening meal.
After the meal we spend time together doing such things as quizzes, card games, beetle drive etc.
Saturday after breakfast is your own and then we all meet again for evening meal and do something similar in the evening, ending with a nightcap in the bar for those who wish to do so.
Sunday after breakfast we will go to church and then Sunday lunch will at one of the local eateries. Sunday lunch is not included in the price.
If you wish to join us this year can I please ask for a deposit of £25.00 per person as soon as possible. Could you please also let me know if you would like a twin or double room.
